Shawn Winchell was raised in Spokane, Washington on a steady diet of Stephen King, Goosebumps, and The X-Files. After graduating from Washington State University, he now calls the small town of Concrete, WA home. He lives with his wife, five children, and far too many animals.
As a stay-at-home father, Shawn’s daily routine is a juggling act of taking care of the kids, cooking, cleaning, and squeezing in writing time whenever he can. He often uses the quiet hours during naptime to write, if he manages to keep himself awake, or works late into the night after everyone else is in bed.
He also runs a Christmas tree farm and pumpkin patch with his wife on their property.
